I honestly have nothing bad to say about this, the animation was smooth as a baby's bumcheek, the voice acting was GREAT, and the plot hit the nail on the head perfectly.

You get a nine just for the "Bald People!" line at the end. That one killed me! (Not literally)
It's a shame about the lag, because your animation style is great. If you find a way to make it a little smoother and keep the tempo consistent you'd rule the world! (Not literally)

You have no right of speaking!

Unless you can make an animation that has as much effort, skill and imagination in it as actual Jazz music, and is even half as fun to watch, THEN you can critique Jazz music.
I give you one star for the animation, and an extra star because I like the song! :)

See, if you'd made a funny dancing singing guy that gets shot in the face it'd be a totally hilarious short, but this isn't even animation!

The characters were funnily drawn, the animation was nice and toy-ish (is that a word?) and the voices were really nicely done.
